PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three dimensional laminating and shaping method capable of simply producing a formed body in a short time and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A curable liquid layer of a curable liquid composition is formed and a curing catalyst is injected to a given part of it to form a shape of a part of a solid to be planned, as to form the solid by that this procedure is repeated in order, as thus, the solid can be simply produced in a short time. As a compound containing a reactive silicone which is highly safely for a human body and is tasteless and scentless as the curable liquid composition is used, for example the solid directly contacted with the human body can be made easily in a short time.
