PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ratchet tool having such a structure that its head is positioned at different angles selected for a housing. SOLUTION: The ratchet tool has the housing having a longitudinal axis and the head having a ratchet mechanism with a rotatable output part. A motor is provided in the housing for rotating the output part. The head is mounted on the housing. A coupling is provided so that the head can rotate around the longitudinal axis of the housing.
