PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the disadvantages that in voluntary exercise learning, exercise is stereotyped not to achieve satisfactory exercise, and practical exercise cannot be made, resulting in incompleteness, uncertain problem and achievement level, and the motion of the body is simple and lack in saltation and intensity, resulting in lack of continuation of interest. SOLUTION: In order to produce resistance according to an event of exercise which is the purpose of using a three-dimensional structure, the magnitude of force in a spring and rubber system as a fulcrum between a dead weight at a point of force and a dead weight at a point of application is varied in the three-dimensional structure, and the whole of a resistor is a solid body comparatively flexible and durable to the positional movement of center of gravity due to the shape of the resistor and three-dimensional structure caused by the elasticity of the spring and base system, the elastic disposition place of the dead weight and the spring and rubber system, and the weight of the dead weight. The three-dimensional structural sporting goods is caused to retain load by the relative motion of the action and reaction of the force applied from the externals and the force repelled from the interior, thereby solving the problem.
