PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lawn-mower enabling a handle to be positioned in a stored state of being nearly horizontally fallen frontward, in a working state of protruding in the rear aslant upper direction, and in a state of standing nearly vertically so that a grass-collecting basket can be taken away simply and efficiently. SOLUTION: The grass-collecting basket 5 is attached to the rear part of a body 1 of the lawn-mower. The handle 2 is attached to the body 1 of the lawn-mower so as to be freely turned in the front and rear direction. The handle can be held at the stored state of being nearly horizontally fallen to the front direction of the body 1 of the grass-mower by positioning the handle 2 to the turning front end of the turning range, at the working state of protruding in the rear aslant upper direction of the body 1 of the grass-mower by positioning the handle 2 to the turning rear end of the turning range, or at the state of standing nearly vertically by engaging a handle-side protrusion 8 with a body-side protrusion 9 when the handle 2 is positioned at the nearly vertical state.
