The transparent universal umbrella with light polarization dimming comprises two main sections, at least two screening layers which are movable in relation to each other, and a stationary base (5) and a movable angle section (7), which are arranged in a way that by at least 90 degree relative displacement a total dimming angle of the monochromatically polarized light can be achieved. The dimming angle section can be fixed by a ball and hole locking mechanism (8).
