<p>A sash lower rail with a guide part and a structure of a sash lower frame part with a flat surface part. The sash lower rail (62) comprises sash rollers (62d) having a proper width and formed in a circular shape when viewed from the side. An indoor side-part (62b) and the guide part (62c) having a greater downward length than the indoor side-part (62b) downward are formed on both sides of the sash rollers (62d). A connection part (62a) is formed on the sash lower rail between the upper ends of the indoor side-part (62b) and the guide part (62c). The sash lower frame part (20) is formed of the uniform flat surface part (22) of approximately rectangular shape when viewed from the top. Two guide grooves (22a) are formed parallel with each other in the flat surface part (22). The tip part (26a) of a clearance filling part (26) on the opposite side of its mounting side is installed so as to always abut on the side face of the guide part (62c) of the sash lower rail (62) when the sash lower rail (62) is built into the sash lower frame part (20). As a result, dusts or the like can be prevented from entering indoors through the guide grooves (22a) formed in the sash lower frame part (20).</p> |
