The biometric information measuring device has an insertion section (104) inserted into an ear hole (200); a first light introduction opening (105) and a second light introduction opening (106) provided in the insertion section (104) and introducing infrared light emitted from the ear hole (200) into the insertion section (104); a light guide path provided in the insertion section (104) and guiding first infrared light introduced from the first light introduction opening (105) and second infrared light introduced from the second light introduction opening (106); a spectroscopic element for dispersing the first infrared light and the second infrared light that are guided by the light guide path; an infrared light detector (108) for detecting the first infrared light and the second infrared light that are dispersed by the spectroscopic element; and a calculation section for calculating biometric information based on the intensity of the first infrared light and the second infrared light that are detected by the infrared light detector (108).
