<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke machine etc., capable of suitably deciding the singing level of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A musical piece storage part 201 stores bridge section information specifying a place of a bridge. A section decision part 501 reads the bridge section information out of the musical piece storage part 201 and decides whether a currently reproduced musical piece is a bridge section or not. Then a decision result is supplied to a singing level scoring part 207. The singing level scoring part 207 scores the singing level of the user based upon the relation between a comparison result of the bridge section and a comparison result of a non-bridge section.
