<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte membrane; and to provide a polymer electrolyte fuel cell using it. <P>SOLUTION: This electrolyte membrane is composed by filling fine pores of a porous base material formed by cross-linking a resin composition containing a first polymer containing polyolefin having a weight average molecular weight not smaller than 500,000 and a second polymer having a reactive functional group with a monomer composition containing a third monomer being a polymerizing hydrophilic monomer having proton conductivity and a fourth monomer being a polymerizing hydrophobic monomer without having proton conductivity, and by copolymerizing them to integrate them with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
