<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of easily removing dust dropped in a paper loading part provided in the uppermost part of the device from above and preventing paper from becoming dirty due to the dust. <P>SOLUTION: A paper delivery port 10 and a paper delivery part 11 being the paper loading part for receiving the paper P delivered from the paper delivery port 10 are provided in the uppermost part of a printer 1 being the image forming device. A surface of the paper delivery part 11 is formed by inclining with respect to the direction of paper conveyance so that a part in the vicinity of the paper delivery port 10 becomes the lowest. A side wall 12 extending in the direction of paper conveyance so as to nip the paper delivery part 11 on both sides in the direction of paper width forming a right angle for the direction of paper conveyance of the paper delivery part 11 is provided with a dust discharge part 13 in a section close to the paper delivery port 10. The dust discharge part 13 is composed of a cut-out part formed by cutting and removing the side wall 12 partially along the surface of the paper delivery part 11.
