<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried persimmon producing apparatus offerable at a low cost, easy to assemble and disassemble, and compactly storable after disassembling, and to provide a dried persimmon producing method capable of omitting a process of rubbing with hand. <P>SOLUTION: This dried persimmon producing apparatus has a drying chamber RD drying persimmon, an air circulating unit 20 circulating air in the drying chamber RD, and a cooling dehumidifying device 30 which returns to circulating air, cooling air of humidity decreased through removing water contained in circulating air discharged from the drying chamber RD and has an exhaust heat means for exhausting generated heat. Furthermore, the apparatus has an exhaust heat warm air switching device 50 which switches either taking in warm air discharged from the exhaust heat means to the drying chamber or releasing warm air as it is to the outside, an electric heater 40 for heating the drying chamber RD, a surface outflow and inflow device MS for bringing air outflow and inflow to both the opposed sides in the drying chamber RD to surface outflow and inflow, and a control means 60 which controls temperature and humidity in the drying room RD through detecting temperature and humidity in the drying chamber RD and controlling operation of the cooling dehumidifying device 30 and the electric heater 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
