<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas analyzer capable of determing a stable measured value by removing steady noise or spike noise. <P>SOLUTION: The infrared gas analyzer is equipped with an AD conversion means 44 for sampling the output signal of an infrared detector 33, a timing signal forming means 43 for synchronously performing the chopping operation due to a chopper 36 and the sampling operation due to the AD conversion means 44 on the basis of the noise component detected by a noise detection means 42, a DFT operation means 51 for extracting a chopping frequency component from the output signal of the AD conversion means 44 and a concentration conversion means 52 for calculating the concentration of a gas to be analyzed from the amplitude of the output thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
