<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more practical transparent conductive base material having improved transparency and conductivity by reducing the reflection factor of visible light on the interface between a base material and a transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive base material, where the base material, a reflection prevention film, and the transparent conductive film are laminated in this order, the reflection prevention film is made of aluminum-doped zinc oxide, and the average surface roughness (Ra) of the reflection prevention film by an atomic force microscope is 1.0 nm or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
