<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the initial value of a random number for starting updating after power supply is started be different for each game machine, to improve the randomness of the random number used for deciding whether or not to turn a display result in variable display to a specific display result, and to prevent the specific display result from being fraudulently generated. <P>SOLUTION: When the power supply is started, the game machine performs setting for generating the random number to a random number circuit and then sets a microcomputer for game control to an interruption permission state. In the setting of the random number circuit, the start value of the first round for generating the random number is set to a value based on a unique ID number imparted to each microcomputer for game control. Clock signals for generating the random number output from a clock signal output circuit provided in the random number circuit are frequency-divided in a frequency divider circuit provided in a monitoring circuit and then input to a reset IC with a watchdog, and when a timer value in a watchdog circuit reaches a final value and timeout comes, abnormality signals are turned to an on state, output and input to the microcomputer for game control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
