PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dealcoholization type room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition which has excellent storage stability and discoloration resistance in an uncured state, and is proper as a sealant, an adhesive, a coating or a potting agent having excellent rubber elasticity and adhesiveness, after cured. SOLUTION: This room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition is characterized by comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of≥500 mPa s at 25°C and having at least two Si-OH groups or at least two organooxy groups in one molecule, (B) an organosilane having at least two organooxy groups in one molecule or its partial hydrolysis compound, (C) an organic tin catalyst, (D) a Si-OH group-containing organopolysiloxane represented by the following average composition formula (1) and having a viscosity of≤300 mPa s at 25°[R and R<SP>1</SP>are each a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (a), (b), (c) are 0.01<(a)<0.2, 0≤(b)<0.4, 1.7<(c)<1.9, and 1.6 <((a)+(b)+(c))<2.5.
