PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert smoothly positioning members for positioning sheets to equipment into through holes formed in these sheets even if position shifting occurs when the sheets formed in a separate process are laminated. SOLUTION: Through holes 1b, 1c, into which the positioning members installed to the electronic equipment can be inserted are formed at a prescribed first sheet, for example, an insulating sheet 1 out of a plurality of laminated sheets. Clearances 2c, 2d which are formed larger than these through holes 1b, 1c are formed at portions corresponding to the through holes 1b, 1c of the other insulating sheet different from the insulating sheet 1 out of the plurality of laminated sheets, for example, the insulating sheet 1 of the EL sheet 2.
