SOLUTION: The graphic display of retrieval object data stored in a database is operated (101), and retrieval conditions are set (102), and database retrieval is executed based on the retrieval conditions (103), and pertinent/non-pertinent graphic display for the retrieval conditions is operated based on the execution result of the database retrieval (104), and whether the retrieval conditions should be reset or re-executed is determined (105), and the difference quantity of two or more retrieval results obtained by retrieval execution is evaluated (109), and the candidates of the next time retrieval conditions are determined based on the evaluation result of the difference quantity (110), and the determined candidates of the retrieval conditions are presented (111), and the retrieval result is output (108).
