PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity immunological method which can use SDS and 2-mercaptoethanol for extracting wheat allergen, buckwheat noodle allergen or peanut allergen from test samples such as food including these allergens to enable detection of these allergens even if they may be in either condition of SDS modified or SDS native, and detection kit, etc. used for the method. SOLUTION: In this method, each of two or more types of monoclonal antibodies which recognize SDS native/modified ovalbumin,αs 1 casein of milk allergen orβ-lactoglobulin, wheat gliadin, buckwheat noodle allergen (proteins of molecular weight 24 kDa/76 kDa), peanut allergen Ara h1 are used.
