PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector and a rolling device with a sensor, capable of notifying accurately the condition of vibration or the like in a rolling device, to the outside. SOLUTION: This detector 20 for detecting accurately the condition of the vibration or the like in the rolling device 17 has at least a printed circuit board 25, and a vibration detecting element 30 mounted on the printed circuit board 25, and a direction of the printed circuit board 25 is set in parallel to a vibration detecting direction of the vibration detecting element 30.
