PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining an inverse filter coefficient having furthermore improved abnormality detection accuracy of a machine or the like than before. SOLUTION: A display part 113 displays a signal waveform acquired by visualizing a normal sound signal recorded in a buffer part 106, and an input reception part 114 receives a range designation including a characteristic part by a user, and a filter coefficient operation part 109 calculates the inverse filter coefficient by using a partial signal corresponding to the range.
