摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam attemperator capable of entirely and uniformly mixing high-temperature steam with cooling fluid, and free from temperature variation in the steam of which a temperature is decreased. SOLUTION: A cooling fluid heating portion 8 is connected with a high-temperature steam supply tube 1. An ejector passage 4 at an inner side of a steam ejector 2 of a double tube structure, is connected to a downstream side of the cooling fluid heating portion 8. An outer side of the steam ejector 2 of the double tube structure is applied as a heat exchange portion 5. A cooling fluid supply tube 6 is connected with the heat exchange portion 5. A cooling fluid tank 12 is connected with the cooling fluid supply tube 6 through a circulation pump 21. An upper end of the heat exchange portion 5 and a suction opening 14 of the steam ejector 2 are connected by a conduit line 3. The low-temperature steam generated in the heat exchange portion 5 is mixed with high-temperature steam at the suction opening 14 of the steam ejector 2, thus the high-temperature steam is cooled to a prescribed temperature without temperature variation.
