ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric discharge machining device capable of supplying upon regenerating an oil type discharge machining liquid containing a complexing agent. SOLUTION: The electric discharge machining device is equipped with a processing trough 10 of the body part 1 and a concentration managing device 3 of a processing liquid supplying device 2. The concentration managing device 3 maintains the concentration of the complexing agent contained in the oil type discharge machining liquid at the prescribed level of concentration. Using an extracting solvent, a complex separating device 20 removes the specific metal solely from a metal complex produced in the oil type discharge machining liquid containing a prescribed amount of complexing agent. The complex separating device 20 consists of a separator trough 21 to make separated reservation of the the oil type discharge machining liquid and water as the extracting liquid on the basis of the specific gravity. The used oil type discharge machining liquid in the processing trough 10 is reserved in a reservoir trough 50 upon passing through an exhaust line 40 and is delivered forward so as to be mixed with the water reserved in the lower part of the separator trough 21. The discharge machining liquid in the upper part of the separator trough 21 is reserved in the trough 50 upon passing through a supply line 30 to be supplied again to the processing trough 10.
