PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery type power tool, keeping suitable connecting state in simple constitution. SOLUTION: This battery type power tool includes: a housing 10 having a connecting terminal 26 for a power supply: and a battery pack 30 having a connecting terminal for the power supply, which is connected to the connecting terminal 26 and a terminal block 36 arranged with a charging connecting terminal 38, wherein the connecting terminal 26 for the power supply is electrically connected to the connecting terminal 37 for the power supply, and an elastic member 45 is sandwiched between the connecting terminals 37, 38 arranged on the terminal block 36.
