PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize put-out machine and system which enable the putting out of specific prizes stably in terms of number even when the specific prizes are stacked askew attributed to the deformation of the prizes or the like. SOLUTION: The machine comprises poles 351 raised on a lifting base 202, a flat plate 352 installed on the posts 351 vertical to them, a spring-equipped rod release member 353 disposed on the flat plate 352, a support member 201 for supporting the specific prizes W housed in a prize housing part 100, spring-equipped rods 355 each of which has one end raised on the lower surface of the support member 201 while the other end pierces a through hole bored in the spring-equipped rod release member 353 to form a free end, springs 354 respectively wound on the circumferences of the spring-equipped rods 355 and a turning member 356 which is installed being fastened on the support member 201 and on the spring-equipped rod release member 353 separately at the other ends between both and is rotatable on a rotary shaft 356a.
