<p>The sweeping device (1) comprises a rotary brush (2) positioned in front of a spiked rotor (4). The cut-off grass or the leaves are guided through the spikes (5) into a basket with inner grooves (8) in order to be chopped. The chopped matter is moved across a deflector (9) into a compressing duct (10) and from there via a bag holder (11) into the bag held with clamping elements (12) at carrying bars (13). The deflector (9) can be swiveled by a lever (16) into a position facilitating the removal of the compressed material from the duct (10). An independent claim is given for a device for compressing cut-off grass or leaves.</p> |
