An exciter (3) is adapted to emit electromagnetic waves to a parabolic reflector (2). A rinsing device (11), adapted to rinse the exciter with a rinsing agent to clean the exciter from contamination, has a rinsing outlet configured to let the rinsing agent out towards the exciter, a rinsing channel (13) configured to conduct the rinsing agent to rinsing outlet, and a check valve configured to prevent return mass transport. The rinsing outlet is mounted in an outlet member (1). The outlet member is mounted to the parabolic reflector. Independent claims are the following: (1) a utilization of a parabolic antenna; and (2) a method for measuring a filling level with a parabolic antenna.
