PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength chain capable of coping with either rotation direction of a sprocket, moving both directions, and being applied to a relatively large sized conveyer or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of links 5 are provided at a double link part 11 oppositely to make an axis of each pin hole 8 consistent. The double link part 11 and a single link part 9 provided with a link 3 including a pin hole 7 are connected by an arm 13. A tip side of the double link part 11 is a double link tip part 17, and is provided with a meshing part 21 substantially perpendicular to an axial direction of the arm 13. A neighborhood of the connection part of the double link part 11 and the arm 13 is a double link root part 19, and is provided with a meshing part 23 substantially perpendicular to the axial direction of the arm 13.
