<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management server, a PDA, and an operation management system capable of more efficiently managing the operating status of any offline operation performed by means of the PDA. <P>SOLUTION: The operation management system 100 includes an operation management server for managing the operating status of online and offline operation, and a PDA 4 capable of communicating with the operation management server within the service area of the operation management server. The operation management server includes a server input means, a server communication means and a server recording means. The PDA 4 includes a PDA communication means, a PDA input means, a PDA recording means and an operation end determining means.
