<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control device capable of storing the situation of an abnormal time as image data when abnormality occurs in equipment or a device having a movable part, and to provide a monitoring control method. <P>SOLUTION: The monitoring control device 1 is composed of an imaging means 11 acquiring image data by photographing the movable part moving through a plurality of operation steps which divide one operation and repeating the operation; a storage means 13; and a control means 12 having a position detecting part 122 detecting the position of the movable part based on the image data, a movement termination determining part 123 determining whether the movable part has reached a movement destination based on the position of the movable part on each of the plurality of operation steps, and temporarily storing the image data used for determination, in the storage means 13 when determining the arrival at the movement destination, and an abnormality detecting part 124 extracting the image data of the same operation step as the operation step in which abnormality is detected, out of the plurality of operation steps from the temporarily stored image when detecting abnormality of the movable part, and storing the extracted image data in the storage means 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
