PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, a speech scene rendering program, and a speech scene rendering method which pseudoly apply rendering of a speech scene set by a user for receiving a phone call to a user for making the phone call, so as to achieve a more amusing speech. SOLUTION: A memory 15 stores superimposing sound data for rendering a desired speech scene such as environmental sound in a working place and environmental sound in a train. When a user of a mobile phone designates a time zone and superimposing sound data corresponding to the time zone, a control section 16 cross-references them and registers the result to a superimposition output table 14. Further, the control section 16 selects users designated by the user of the mobile phone to be object users to which rendering process of a speech scence is applied among users registered in a telephone directory of the memory 5 and sets a flag to the object users in the telephone directory. When a user receiving a phone call at a time zone registered in the superimposition output table 14 is the object user, the superimposing sound data set to the time zone are superimposed on a transmission voice and the resulting voice is transmitted.
