PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system having a high reduction effect of setting space with a simple structure by further improving a mixing valve in a hot water supply system having a hot water storage tank. SOLUTION: In the hot water supply system having a mixing valve controller mixing two or more of high-temperature water, middle-temperature water and city water and generating hot water of a predetermined set temperature, the mixing valve controller includes the mixing valve including a valve main body having three inflow ports and one outflow port and a valve element rotatably disposed within the valve main body. The valve element has two openings communicable with the three inflow ports of the valve main body. The valve element is rotated in a fixed direction, whereby a first fluid flowing from the first inflow port and a second fluid flowing from the second inflow port are mixed while changing the mixing ratio, and the valve element is further rotated in the fixed direction, whereby the second fluid flowing from the second inflow port and a third fluid flowing from the third inflow port are mixed while changing the mixing ratio.
