PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus provided with a fish grill, in which temperature rise within the apparatus caused by filling of the inner part of an apparatus body with hot air or smoke from a place other than a grill exhaust port can be prevented. SOLUTION: This cooker comprises a top plate 4 covering the upper part of the apparatus body, a top plate exhaust port 5 provided on the apparatus rear side of the top plate 4, an exhaust cylinder 7 guiding exhaust air from the grill exhaust port 10 to the top plate exhaust port 5, an exhaust guide 8 provided so as to surround the circumference of the exhaust cylinder 8, and a stove mount plate 9 provided above the grill. The lower end of the exhaust guide 8 is fastened to the stove mount plate 9, and the upper end of the exhaust guide 8 is provided in the vicinity of the top plate exhaust port 5 while providing a clearance from the exhaust cylinder 7.
