PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake wherein a brake caliper and a body-side supporting portion are efficiently manufactured while keeping high positioning accuracy of the brake caliper. SOLUTION: Seat bridging portions 56, 57, 58, 59 are respectively disposed on face sides 54, 55 opposite to mounting holes (bolt insertion holes 46, 47) of caliper-side mounting portions 48, 49, and mounting holes (screw holes 50, 51) of bracket-side mounting portions 52, 53. Here, the paired seat bridging portions are arranged side by side in the rotating direction of the brake disc 25, collar members 60, 61 are fitted to both seat bridging portions opposite to each other, and at least one seat bridging portion (lower seat bridging portion 57) among the seat bridging portions is shaped into a long hole long along the arranging direction to the paired seat bridging portion (upper seat bridging portion 56) on an axis of the mounting hole as a center, independently from the mounting hole (bolt insertion hole 47).
