PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based synthetic leather in which flexibility, heat resistance and scratch resistance can be exhibited in high level and good balance. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based synthetic leather has a substrate layer and a polypropylene-based resin composition sheet layer composed of a polypropylene-based resin composition containing at least one kind of general-purpose propylene selected from a group consisting of an isotactic polypropylene, a syndiotactic polypropylene and random polypropylene and an atactic polypropylene. In the synthetic leather, the mass ratio of the atactic polypropylene contained in the polypropylene-based resin composition sheet layer to the general-purpose polypropylene is (90/10) to (60/40).
