PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine capable of inducing a strong antigen-specific immune response without exhibiting side effects such as an autoimmune phenomenon and a method of administering the vaccine. SOLUTION: The vaccine is administered at a specified time after the administration of an adjuvant. Preferably, the vaccine is administered 3-48 hours after the administration of the adjuvant.
