PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device having a structure to store a headrest automatically capable of executing storage of the headrest and automatic fold-up of the seat through remote operation. SOLUTION: The seat device structured for storing the headrest automatically is equipped with a seat cushion 11 installed in a vehicle and forming the seating part of a seat 10, a seat back 15 constituting the back supporting part of the seat 10 and arranged displaceable from the backward tilting condition to the forward tilting condition overlapping on the oversurface of the seat cushion 11, the headrest 17 forming a pillow part of the seat 10 and provided with its position adjustable in the vertical direction, a forward tilt operation means installed in a position apart from the seat face in order to make remote operation of the displacement of the seat back 15 into the forward tilting condition, a seat back forward tilting means to displace the seat back 15 into the forward tilting condition interlocking with the operation of the forward tilt operation means, and a headrest sinking means to displace the headrest 17 into the lowest position interlocking with the forward tilt of the seat back 15.
