A torque secure clutch of wedge bonding mode and an opening and closing device protective mechanism using the same are provided to prevent the damage by separating from a holder and a slider even though the excessive torque is applied. A torque secure clutch of wedge bonding mode comprises a holder(110) which rotates with the external torque, and a slider(120) which is separated from holder when the excessive torque is applied. The slider includes a disc(121) and a wedge(122) which protrudes in the disc single-side of the disc shape. The holder includes a hollow cylindrical main body, and an insertion hole(113) having both sides which is recessed in the main body inner surface.
