An RFID automatic control system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent the unnecessary driving of equipment and facilities and reducing the used power. An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) automatic control system includes an RFID tag(100), a plurality of RFID readers(200), a controller(300), an ID card server(400), an IBS(Intelligent Building System)(500) and a plurality of illumination/air-conditioning parts(600). The first reader(201) and the second reader(202) sense the RFID tag of a user. The first and second readers respectively include the first sensing area and the second sensing area. Correspondingly to the sensing results of the first and second readers, the controller controls the driving of devices of the first and second sensing areas. The ID card server stores the information about the sensing areas within a building and information about the RFID identification card.
