<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily connecting a diode terminal in a small crowded area. <P>SOLUTION: A plug-in fixing type light emitting device for the diode terminal is used when soldering is difficult in over-crowded locations, such as sign panels for advertising pictures, or the like including traffic signs, and toys. The plug-in fixing type light emitting device is provided by bonding a carbon-based good-conductivity ink, formed by mixing low-resistance carbon particles with resin by a solvent, to a foamed polyethylene surface electrode 1 or 2 before drying, and by integrally bonding them via insulation layers 3, 4, 5, such as foamed urethane, provided on and under the surface electrode 1 or 2. The surface electrode 1 or 2 is provided with connection terminals for connecting a power supply current, and power supply cords. The diode is provided with two terminals, a long terminal D<SB>1</SB>and a short terminal D<SB>2</SB>that are plugged into an insulator and the surface electrode 1 or 2 for fixing, and then current is applied to the terminals to turn on a diode lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
