<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which forms an image from input image data and can display at least two different operation screens by changing over the screens according to the time (time zone). <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 is equipped with a display element 4b which switchably displays at least two different operation screens, a timekeeping means 17 which measures the time, an equipment controller 3 which switches and controls at least either of the two different operation screens according to the time, and a management section 8 which accumulates a first program for displaying the one operation screen and a second program for displaying the other operation screen.
