<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to always form an optimum image regardless of a surrounding environmental change without increasing the size of an image forming system and greatly investing in the installation of the image forming system. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system includes: a conveying means; an image forming means; a job input means; an image forming operation control voltage setting means; an environmental sensor; an image forming operation control voltage re-setting means for altering a control voltage for the image forming means based on the detection value of the environmental sensor; and an image forming operation control voltage resettable range determination means for determining whether the alteration of the control voltage for the image forming means by the image forming operation control voltage re-setting means is allowed or not based on a combination of the detection value of the environmental sensor and the image forming operation control voltage setting means. If the determination result of the image forming operation control voltage resettable range determination means does not allow the alteration of the control voltage for the image forming means, the start of a print job by the job input means is inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
