<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing egg shell from liquid egg for further efficiently separating and removing egg shell from liquid egg through giving liquid egg curving of flow passage in the horizontal direction in addition to the vertical direction. <P>SOLUTION: This device 10 for removing egg shell from liquid egg has an inlet 11 into which liquid egg 50 flows, an outlet 17 from which the liquid egg 50 flows out, and a flow passage 12 having a downward inclination toward the outlet 17 between the inlet and outlet. The flow passage 12 horizontally curves a plurality of times to the flow direction, and pockets 30 as a nesting recessed part opened toward the upper side are arranged in series along the flow passage in at least one part each a plurality of the curve parts on the bottom 22 of the flow passage.
