<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain separate liquid dressing prevented from emulsification, produciable using supervoltage treatment, and having excellent flavor, especially improved in smoothness, and to provide a method for producing the separate liquid dressing. <P>SOLUTION: The separate liquid dressing is obtained by crushing at least one kind of raw material selected from vegetables, fruits and seeds, mixing the raw material with edible vegetable oil and fat, and vinegar or citrous fruit juice, and subjecting the mixture to an ultra high-pressure processing of ≥150 MPa but <400 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
