<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device comprising a signal phase adjusting function capable of securing stable operation by easily performing timing adjustment upon variations in an output data hold time caused by process variation, temperature or voltage fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises an input-output signal phase adjusting function for outputting an output signal phase-locked with an input signal with respect to an input of an external input signal. In such a semiconductor device, there are provided: a phase adjusting means for locking a phase between a first signal that is an input signal from the outside and a second signal resulting from delaying the input signal by a predetermined delay amount; and an output signal delay means, being configured to delay an output signal from the inside of the device to the outside, for adjusting a delay amount to be imparted to the output signal on the basis of a control signal being used at a point of time when the phase is locked between both the signals in the phase adjusting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
