PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a hyperlink related to access through which an application for a contract has been made.

SOLUTION: A web server 10 releases a web site related to contract applications; when receiving access from the outside, the web server creates log data recording URLs related to each access as necessary, and transfers the log data created to an analysis server 40. The analysis server 40 stores a promotion management table in which hyperlinks are associated with promotion management IDs attached to URLs; determines whether or not an application for a contract has been made according to the log data transferred; and implements the process of specifying the hyperlink by means of the promotion management table for the access through which the application for the contract has been made.
