<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variance analysis support system which efficiently refines and analyzes a variance having a great influence on the quality of medical care from among variances, that is, differences between clinical paths, which are standard medical care plans, and actual medical care. <P>SOLUTION: The variance analysis system is provided with; a variance extraction means which extracts data which are accumulated in an electronic medical record system and generates variance-occurrence frequency data representing variance-occurrence frequencies and variance influence degree data representing degrees of seriousness of disorders which finally occur; a variance database which stores data including variance detection difficulty-or-easiness data representing the variance-occurrence frequency data, the variance influence degree data and difficulty or easiness in detecting the generated variances; a deviance computation means which computes deviance representing degrees of deviance from a standard medical care plan; and a variance importance computation means which computes variance importance data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
