<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promoter, a vector and a transformant expressing a target gene at a high level at a low temperature using a mold fungus as a host and to provide a method with which a target protein can efficiently be produced by using the promoter. <P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature induced promoter is composed of the following DNA (1), (2) or (3): (1) a CPaseP (carboxypeptidase) ortholog gene, (2) an opdA (O-pyrocatechuate decarboxylase) ortholog gene or (3) a DNA hybridizing with the CPaseP ortholog gene or the opdA ortholog gene under stringent conditions and having a low-temperature induced promoter activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
