PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulty of mounting/dismounting a cutting head to/from a tool holder. SOLUTION: Contact wings pass respectively between continuous support wings, and one of the connecting parts is rotated relatively to the other connecting part to align the contact wing and the support wings, and one of the connecting parts is transported relatively to the other connecting part in an axial direction until the contact wing is brought into contact with the support wings so as to be tightened.
