<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with deburring work of hole periphery in forming a gas connecting hole in a manifold pipe, and prevent distortion of the periphery of the gas connecting hole. <P>SOLUTION: The gas apparatus comprises the manifold pipe 4 disposed within an apparatus body, an annular packing 6 to abut on the surface of the peripheral area of the gas connecting hole 41 formed through in the side wall of the manifold pipe 4, a gas faucet 2 having a gas inlet 26 air-tightly connected with the gas connecting hole 41 through the annular packing 6, and a gas burner receiving gas supply from the gas faucet 2.
