PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core of a motor employing a magnetic powder core by which a high efficiency motor can be obtained, and to provide a magnet structure. SOLUTION: A motor comprising a rotor composed of a rotor frame 11 composed of a magnetic body, a shaft 12 bonded to the rotor frame 11 and rotating together with the rotor frame 11 and a magnet 13 generating a magnetic force, and a stator equipped with a stator core 15 composed of magnetic powder around which a coil 14 generating magnetism for rotatively driving the rotor is wound has such a structure as the tooth tip 17 overhangs above and below the magnet 13 in the axial direction.
